Pistol Fundamentals Level 1
Develop consistent marksmanship, safe handling and confident pistol performance.
The Pistol Fundamentals Level 1 is a structured, performance-based program that takes the user on an in-depth 5 day progressive program through classroom instruction, dry-fire practice, live-fire range application.
The course is open to Armed Guards, Civilians as well as Police and Military for those who want to refine their fundamentals, improve accuracy, speed, and weapon handling confidence.
Course Focus:
- The Fundamentals and Marksmanship
- Managing reloads and malfunctions
- Tactical considerations (movement and cover)
- Live-Fire accuracy drills
Location: Urban Tactical Brantford
Date | Time: December 8-12, 2025 | 0900-1700
Minimum Course Requirements:
- Must have a valid PAL / RPAL
- Your own semi-automatic pistol and a minimum of 3 magazines with a holster with Level 2 retention
- A Glock 17 and magazines can be rented if you do not own your own pistol, but you must have a holsterĀ with Level 2 retention
- Double magazine pouch
- A rigid belt
- Ballistic eye protection and electronic ear protection

- 9mm or .40cal ammunition
- Training guide
- Training Certificate
The PF-Level 1 will be instructed by Chris Mandigma who is an approved ATC Instructor by the Chief Firearms Office, a law enforcement instructor and government contractor.
