Unrehearsed. Unchoreographed. Addressing how VIOLENT and FAST an edged weapon attack is.
The simple answer to avoid a knife attack is "run away" or "don't be there", but studies show that 80% of the victims didn't see the knife until the assault actually started and almost 71% of assaults occurred within 3 feet away from the victim.
Contrary to most 'edged weapon self-defense' seminars that involve unrealistic and overly-complicated techniques, this seminar is DRIVEN by concepts: easier to learn, remember, and apply if needed.
Founded off the concepts of the Edged Weapon Countermeasures TRICOM module, this seminar focuses on the realities of a knife assault in a close-quarters environment.
Course Note: This training is open to everyone regardless of skill level and instruction is offered in both English and French.
